Services Process
Our emergency reposonse teams are standing by 24/7 and can extract water and dry out structures affected by water and sewage damage. You will be kept informed throughout the whole process and there will be no suprises in the final bill.

One Hour >>
Your dedicated NLR claims manager will contact to arrange attendance at the affected property.

Two Hour >>
Within two hours we will aim to be onsite to mitigate the water, mould or fire damage. The faster we can attend the damage, the less damage will be caused.

Initial Attendance >>
Our friendly NLR technicians will walk the client through the job process letting the client know what to expect and what outcome will be achieved. Expectation will be clear from the start of the project. The initial visit includes:
Risk Assessment
Inspection Report and Images
Make Safe and Mitigation
Initial Inventory Listing
Quote and Scope of Works submitted to the
insurance company

Restoration of The Property >>
NLR will undertake the steps necessary to
restore the affected property in line with industry
standards.

Completion and Sign Off
Customer completion certificate signed and handed over with invoice supplied, final report and images sent to insurance company.
